Job summary

Polymarket is hiring its first Program Manager for Trust & Safety to own end-to-end programs across US markets and DeFi. You’ll coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to ensure launches meet regulatory commitments and user protections.

You will lead incident response, risk reviews, and governance, driving adoption of protections while reporting outcomes to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or technical program management, including 3+ in trust and safety, risk, integrity, or compliance at a regulated platform.
• Experience turning regulatory obligations into controls or procedures.
• Proven ability to run launch risk-review processes with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness for new products, markets and jurisdictions; secure sign-off from Legal, Compliance and Trust & Safety before launches.
• Turn regulatory obligations into controls, procedures and evidence for regulator inquiries or exams.
• Incorporate risk review and user protection requirements into launches from the spec stage.
• Launch and monitor user protections like self-exclusion and deposit limits from scope to adoption.
• Run DeFi restriction programs from flag to enforcement.
• Lead program side of incidents and build crisis playbooks with Compliance and Legal teams.
• Move partners from pilot to contract with clear success criteria.
• Own metrics and cadence: quarterly goals, weekly updates, and business reviews.
• Build and run Trust & Safety intake processes for partner teams.
