Job summary

Binance.US is seeking a Product Manager for Trust, Risk & Platform to drive secure, scalable product capabilities that strengthen customer trust and improve operational efficiency. You will work across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Operations to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions for account security and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS, Engineering, Finance, Business, or similar.
5+ years of product management experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or regulated tech.
Experience with fraud prevention or risk management products, including risk platforms, rules, and workflows.
Experience with account management, risk, and compliance requirements in financial services or digital asset platforms.
Experience developing platform products and workflow automation with third-party platforms and vendors.
Strong technical, analytical, and data-driven problem-solving skills and clear product specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve product capabilities supporting account security, lifecycle management, and customer trust.
Manage and enhance third-party risk platforms, risk rules, and vendor integrations; collaborate with Risk and Engineering.
Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tools, and automation to improve operations and compliance.
