Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across its platforms. You will turn safety requirements into features, integrate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, and Customer Support, identifying risks early and strengthening safeguards.

This newly created role reports to our CTO and Safety Lead, offering significant ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and specs.
• Experience in content moderation and AI guardrails for a consumer platform.
• Translate compliance needs for a consumer-facing product with cross-functional teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication; fluent in English.
• Familiar with AI tools and experimentation.
• Own initiatives; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
• Comfort with uncensored content and building safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Safety policy to product requirements, driving from definition to launch.
• Own in-house moderation tech enhancements with EverGuard.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout.
• Create safety dashboards, QA processes to detect issues.
• Perform red teaming and adversarial testing of moderation.
• Run T&S reviews for new features with early design involvement.
• Coordinate incident response with policy and user-support teams.
