Google is seeking a data analytics and policy professional to join its Trust & Safety team, focused on responsible AI and fairness across products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Ads. You will work with engineers, product managers, and company leadership to identify and mitigate fairness challenges and communicate findings effectively.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization, or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clear guidelines for identifying and assessing fairness implications across emerging generative AI technologies at scale.
• Design and build scaled fairness evaluations and provide subject expertise on red teaming sessions.
• Perform in-depth analysis into fairness issues and vulnerabilities; prepare reports for leadership.
• Provide guidance to product teams in identifying and mitigating fairness challenges with data support.
• Respond to time sensitive requests and advise executives on strategies for responsible product development.
