Job summary

Zeto Verified LLC is seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to expand our network of owner-operators and small trucking companies through in-person recruiting and online promotion.

This is a field-based role visiting truck stops, repair shops, fuel stations, and CDL schools while promoting Zeto via social media and online communities. If you enjoy meeting people and building relationships, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with truck drivers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic social media and online posting experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Trucking, dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit owner-operators and small trucking companies to join Zeto.
• Visit truck stops, transportation hubs, repair facilities, and trucking events.
• Post and promote opportunities in Facebook groups, online forums, and social media platforms.
• Distribute flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Educate prospective carriers on Zeto's services and opportunities.
• Assist carriers through the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruited carriers.
• Track referrals and follow up with prospects.
