Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter in Kentucky. You will unload freight, pull replenishment merchandise, and stage inventory by department to support overnight stocking teams.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform basic arithmetic. Excellent teamwork and customer-facing skills are essential to ensure a safe, efficient, and friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Sort freight by department to speed handling and stocking.
• Pull replenishment items accurately and stage for overnight team.
• Maintain receiving area layout as directed.
• Ensure carts, pallets, and racks are labeled and stable.
• Interact with customers and teammates professionally.
• Communicate inventory needs to overnight team.
