Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter to help keep the receiving dock organized and stocked. You will unload trucks, pull replenishment items, and stage merchandise by department to support the overnight task team.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and a safe work environment are essential as you collaborate with outfitters and customers to ensure a smooth flow of inventory and merchandise to the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unloads incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sorts mixed freight by department to speed up handling and streamline stocking.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pulls accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stages for overnight task team to stock.
• Interacts with other outfitters and customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
