Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter in Kentucky to manage the receiving dock and staging of merchandise. You will unload freight, pull replenishment items, and stage inventory by department to support overnight task teams, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and safety.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unloads incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Sorts mixed freight by department to speed handling and stocking.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pulls replenishment merchandise and stages for overnight team.
• Ensures all carts, pallets, and racks are stable and clearly labeled.
• Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Base Camp.
• Performs duties with safety and professionalism.
