Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter in a retail setting. You will unload deliveries, sort freight by department, and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure timely replenishment for the overnight team.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and customer-facing professionalism. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic math skills, with the ability to work with coworkers and management to keep the receiving area efficient and compliant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unloads incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sorts mixed freight by department to speed up handling and stocking.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pulls accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stages for overnight task team to stock.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and safe.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and seasonal demands.
• Other duties as assigned.
