Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter to support store efficiency by safely unloading freight, pulling replenishment items, and staging inventory by department for the overnight task team.

You will maintain accuracy, organize the Receiving area, label carts and pallets, and work with outfitters and customers in a friendly, professional manner while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Sort freight by department to speed handling and stocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.
• Pull replenishment merchandise and stage for overnight task team.
• Keep receiving area clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
