Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter to support the receiving dock and staging operations. The role focuses on unloading freight safely, pulling replenishment items accurately, and staging merchandise by department to prepare for overnight tasks.

Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to safety are essential as you collaborate with the overnight task team and other outfitters.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight safely and efficiently.
• Sort freight by department to speed handling and stocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through replenishment processes.
• Inspect incoming cartons for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pull replenishment merchandise and stage for overnight team.
• Keep receiving area clean, organized, and labeled.
• Communicate inventory needs clearly with overnight team.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
