Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales dealership office administration, logistics coordination, or high-volume commercial business environment.
• Experience with dealership processes including tax and licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute all sales and consignment agreements accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate financial documentation and act as liaison between sales staff, customers, and accounting or lenders.
• Submit warranty registrations and participate in incentive programs at vehicle delivery.
• Support walk-in traffic and respond to customer inquiries about vehicle availability and status.
• Stock incoming tractors/trailers and validate factory specs and invoicing.
