Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders to resolve complex product technical concerns and workshop tools.
• May provide onsite training for customer support personnel.
• Lead level is a specialist in Technical Support Engineering, typically requiring 6+ years of experience.
• Provide technical support and problem solving for issues reported by the market.
• Visit markets and customers to support reported technical problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product quality issues and define containment actions.
• Utilize data acquisition and analysis tools for diagnosing issues.
• Expert level knowledge in data acquisition/analysis and in design/development of Class8 trucks’ powertrain, chassis, and electrical/electronic systems.
