Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and problem solving on issues reported by the market; visit markets and customers to support when there are reported technical problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product quality issues and define containment actions.
• Utilize data acquisition and analysis tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
