Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Site General Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, and success of a truck stop facility.

You will manage staff, ensure customer service excellence, maintain inventory, optimize fuel and retail sales, and ensure safety and compliance standards. The General Manager must be a hands-on leader, capable of multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning operations, revenue growth, and team

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT may apply.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant, and other on-site services.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees, including cashiers, maintenance staff, and restaurant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding fuel, food service, and employment.
• Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
