Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Truck Care General Manager to lead a high-volume truck care facility and a team of Service Advisors and staff. You will oversee operations, customer service, inventory, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and financial oversight with opportunities for growth within a nationwide network. Prior retail/travel stop leadership is preferred.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service, facility maintenance, proper merchandising, and marketing procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste management.
• Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, and HR support.
• Train and develop team members to maximize customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to drive business changes.
• Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall experience.
