Love's Travel Stops is seeking a hands-on Site General Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, and the overall success of a truck stop facility. You will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, optimize fuel and retail sales, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check; additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant, and other on-site services.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees, including cashiers, maintenance staff, and restaurant personnel.
