Love's Travel Stops is seeking a hands-on Site General Manager in Pennsylvania to oversee daily operations across fuel, retail, restaurant, and on-site services. You will lead staff, optimize profitability, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced truck stop setting.

Key duties include hiring and training teams, managing a $2M+ annual sales operation, and enforcing safety and regulatory standards. A strong focus on marketing and promotions to grow revenue is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant and on-site services.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees including cashiers, maintenance and restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for fuel, food service and employment.
• Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.
