Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking an experienced Truck Service General Manager to lead a national network of maintenance teams. You will oversee a large team of technicians, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional service to travelers returning to the road.

You will recruit, train, and retain staff, manage payroll and compliance, and lead operations to achieve revenue and profit objectives while maintaining safety standards and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills.
• Proven supervisory experience in retail/truck service or travel center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Truck Service department to meet company performance standards.
• Coach and manage a team of technicians and staff.
• Oversee payroll, accounting, inventory, and documentation.
• Ensure safety standards and operational compliance.
