McCandless Truck Center in Sparks, NV is hiring a Service Manager to oversee shop operations, assign work, mentor technicians, and drive efficiency through planning and clear communication. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement within a dynamic dealership environment.

You will work with Service Advisors and cross-functional teams to meet demand, manage resources, ensure proper documentation, and uphold high service standards for International Truck and IC Bus

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• Oversee and optimize shop operations by assigning work based on technician skillsets and coordinating with Service Advisors.
• Provide leadership and mentorship with clear direction and documentation.
• Foster effective communication with Service Advisors, customers and internal teams.
• Drive efficiency through planning, daily meetings and resource allocation.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and align efforts with business goals.
• Apply product and technical expertise to diagnose and service International Truck/IC Bus products.
