Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and prioritize leads by reviewing repair history and diagnostics, contacting customers, scheduling visits, and documenting outreach.
• Drive service sales by assessing needs, recommending maintenance, creating work orders, and coordinating scheduling.
• Maximize shop efficiency by planning work time, coordinating resources, and managing appointments.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by welcoming customers, confirming appointments, and communicating changes.
• Build long-term relationships by reviewing work, discussing future services, and booking follow-ups.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture in the service department through teamwork and accountability.
