Truck Centers, Inc. is seeking a Service Foreman to mentor technicians, uphold safety standards, and guide shop operations. You’ll combine technical leadership with customer-focused communication to ensure quality repairs and timely turnaround.

The role emphasizes leading by example, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant shop environment. Shift: Mon–Fri with a Saturday rotation; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a diesel or truck repair environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and diesel systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Deep commitment to safety in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with repair order systems and service software
• Fundamental welding and fabrication skills
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a productive team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians by offering guidance and growth opportunities
• Set the standard with strong work habits and attention to detail
• Hold weekly huddles to share updates and discuss shop operations
• Ensure compliance with company and OEM policies and document findings
• Provide product updates and technical training for learning and development
• Oversee repair progress and keep jobs on track in the Dealer Management System
• Serve as a liaison between technicians, service staff, and customers
• Communicate clearly with customers about technical updates
• Monitor shop tools and facilities for safety and cleanliness
