Truck Centers, Inc. is seeking a Service Foreman to lead technicians, ensure quality repairs, and uphold safety and customer service values. The role blends hands‑on mechanical leadership with team mentorship in a fast‑paced shop environment.

You will manage daily repair progress, conduct weekly huddles, and coordinate with dispatch, service admin, and customers to keep operations efficient and on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a diesel or truck repair environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy‑duty trucks and diesel systems.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Safety‑first mindset in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficient with repair order systems and service management software.
• Fundamental welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a productive, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians by offering guidance, support, and growth opportunities.
• Set the standard with strong work habits, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.
• Hold weekly huddles to share updates, give feedback, and discuss shop operations, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company and OEM policies and document findings.
• Provide product updates and technical training to staff.
• Oversee repair progress through the Dealer Management System and keep jobs on track.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians, service staff, and customers to minimize delays.
• Communicate with customers requiring technical expertise and provide clear updates.
