Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service to customers with extensive knowledge of our products and services. You will primarily write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and ensure that every traveler returns to the road better than they came.

As part of TA Truck Service, you will source parts from vendors, prepare quotes, and coordinate deliveries. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
• Assist with ETAs, securing Purchase Orders, and handling payments.
