Qualifications

• Understand operational processes to improve service profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of International/ IC Bus.
• Follow safety and health standards in a workshop environment.
• Use IT tools to perform daily service operations.
• Communicate openly with customers, colleagues, and managers.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain client relationships.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and drive solutions.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet goals.
