Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop preferred.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers, management and coworkers.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; write ETA Work Orders; secure Purchase Orders; prepare and communicate quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand payment types.
• Ensure cleanliness of service counters, showroom and restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of customers and team members.
