Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to deliver premier service across our nationwide network. You will write and process work orders, handle OTC transactions, and assist in sourcing parts to support quick, reliable service for travelers.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED, demonstrate strong cashier and customer service skills, and possess basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Provide first-rate service through knowledge of products and services we offer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
