LV Petroleum is seeking a Truck Service Adviser to provide customer service, handle work orders and OTC sales, and ensure safe road return for customers. You will manage quotes, secure payments, and communicate with drivers and companies in a fast-paced shop setting.

The role requires strong selling skills, good communication, and basic computer skills. It involves night and weekend shifts with potential training on a day shift to cover the second shift.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills to help generate revenue and upsell services.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to write/process orders and quotes.

Responsabilités

• Write, detail and process (pay out) Work orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA work orders.
• Explain vehicle issues to customers and advise on repairs to return them to the road safely.
• Regularly speak with drivers/companies, secure payments and provide updates on issues.
• Prepare end of shift reports and understand various payment types.
