Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Truck Service Adviser to deliver excellent customer service, write up work orders, and handle OTC transactions. You will recognize customer needs, communicate repair requirements, and help drivers back on the road safely.

Your role includes processing payments, preparing shift reports, and coordinating with drivers and companies to secure payments while maintaining high integrity and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work night shift hours, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong selling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write up work orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; understand payment types.
• Provide customers with descriptions of vehicle issues and what is needed to return them to the road safely.
• Regularly speak with drivers/companies to secure payments or advise on vehicle issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote relevant services.
