Job summary

Responsibilities

• Write, detail and process Work orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure purchase orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Provide customers with explanations of vehicle issues and needed repairs.
• Regularly speak with drivers/companies to secure payments and advise on issues.
