Job summary

Responsibilities

• Write, detail and process work orders and OTC transactions; properly write up an ETA Work Order.
• Secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Provide customers with descriptions of issues and what is needed to return their vehicle to the road safely.
• Regularly speak with drivers/companies on payments or vehicle issues.
