Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cashiering or parts/service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare quotes and secure Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate parts sourcing from outside vendors and arrange delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service counters and showroom.
• Ensure accurate ETAs and proper documentation for work orders.
