Job summary

Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, part of Velocity Vehicle Group, is seeking a Service Advisor for our Rancho Dominguez, CA location. The role focuses on warranty management, processing, and coordinating with shop staff and manufacturers. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of office administration experience.
• Two to five years of warranty or automotive/diesel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and sales skills are valued.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Management for all Warranty Events for assigned locations.
• Warranty RO invoicing & claims processing based on KPI goals and budgets.
• Daily work in process management for all warranty jobs.
• Timely payment, schedule management, reconciliation & aging management.
• Liaison between the Shop and Warranty Manufacturers and training for staff.
