Transteck, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive new Freightliner and Western Star truck sales in the Altoona and New Stanton, PA area.

The role focuses on building B2B relationships with fleets and owner-operators, and managing the full sales cycle from quote to delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in truck dealership sales, proven prospecting and closing skills, and independence with limited CRM requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a truck dealership or related industry
• Proven prospecting and closing new business
• Entrepreneurial and independent approach to time and resource management
• No CRM activity requirements
• CRM tools provided for account management and data organization
• Strong industry knowledge; participate in trade shows and local associations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, dealer management, and truck specification systems
• CDL required or willing to obtain

Responsabilités

Job Description Transteck has an immediate opening for an Account Manager to handle new truck sales in the Altoona and New Stanton, PA area.

The Account Manager position is directly responsible for selling new Freightliner and Western Star medium and heavy duty commercial trucks in a business-to-business sales environment to fleets, small business, and owner/operators. Essential job functions include: prospecting new business, creating truck specifications, understanding customer needs, preparing quotations, managing the entire sales cycle from truck order to delivery, and supporting sales of other dealership services. The pace is fast and demanding - all part of providing the best service possible to our customers.

Qualifications Of An Account Manager At Transteck Include

• ~5+ years of sales experience working in a Truck dealership or a related industry, such as truck leasing and rental, automotive, equipment, material handling, truck bodies, trailers, or other transportation related field


• ~ Extensive experience and documented success prospecting and closing new business

• Commercial Driver's License required or must be willing and able to obtain
