Job summary

Transteck, Inc. is seeking a proactive Truck Sales Representative to join our truck sales team in Lancaster, PA. You will develop new business, manage CRM records, and learn truck specifications to prepare quotations and proposals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in B2B sales, a drive to succeed, and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License. High school diploma required; background checks and drug screening will be performed. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a professional B2B sales environment.
• Entrepreneurial approach to time and resource management.
• Participation in trade shows and local associations to build industry knowledge and relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.

Transteck has an immediate opening for a Truck Sales Representative to support the truck sales department.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, phone calls, email, and in-person visits
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Learning and preparing truck specifications
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Managing online inventory for new and used trucks
• Supporting Account Managers as needed with ordering and truck deliveries.

Previous heavy-duty truck experience is not required.
