The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1pm–9:30pm, with pay starting at $25.00 per hour, and benefits begin day one. Candidates should have 4+ years in a related environment and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in related environment.
• Must read, write and communicate in English; strong computer skills (data entry, reporting, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Schedule logistics loads, including backhaul pickups, with third-party carriers.
• Use Manhattan Associates scheduling software to manage daily transportation schedules.
• Route trucks by matching customer orders with loads and assigned trucks.
• Assign drivers to routes and adjust as needed while following CBAs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Warehouse to confirm delivery feasibility and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily transportation and operational reports.
• Provide occasional PTO coverage for Sunday routing responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
