Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and go-back processes; support SISO/AD sets.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
