Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly store associate for our EL PASO-WEST location in TX. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while delivering our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, maintaining planograms, and supporting store safety and shrink programs. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; all team members must meet the minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution
• Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and handle returns
• Support store safety and shrink programs
