Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member for our El Paso store. You will help customers shop, ensure a fast and friendly checkout, and assist with merchandise loading and shelf maintenance.

You will participate in truck unloads, stock the floor, support BOPIS and SFS processes, and promote the Rewards program. Applicants should be reliable, ready to stand long hours, and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic cash handling and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate items.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and process sales.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planograms.
• Support store recovery, SISO, and ad set duties as assigned.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a safe work environment.
