Job summary

The Michaels Companies in El Paso, TX is seeking a part-time Seasonal Stocker to help customers find products and provide friendly service. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and support in-store operations to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You’ll assist with checkout, promote the Michaels Rewards program, and participate in omni-channel duties like BOPIS and SFS. Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards and support in-store campaigns and promotions.
• Engage customers on the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers as needed.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production and support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
