Job summary

M&K Truck Centers is seeking an Account Executive - Truck Leasing to drive new business and grow revenue in the Des Moines area. You will focus on securing leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities for fleets, while expanding relationships and overall fleet solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, leasing knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Three years of B2B sales experience.
• Two+ years in leasing and rental sales or similar customer-facing role in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new commercial truck leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and increase fleet leasing revenue.
• Renew existing lease agreements before/at expiration.
• Identify customer transportation needs and recommend leasing, rental, and maintenance solutions.
• Prepare proposals including pricing, availability, and credit terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with leasing customers.
• Manage existing accounts and identify additional fleet service opportunities.
• Meet or exceed lease and rental sales goals.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and territory development.
