Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Account Executive - Truck Leasing to drive new business and expand existing relationships in the Midwest fleet market.

You will develop leasing, rental, and contract maintenance solutions for commercial fleets, nurture prospects, and close deals to meet revenue targets. The role emphasizes strategic prospecting, relationship building, and strong product knowledge in commercial trucks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Three years of B2B sales experience.
• Two or more years in leasing or rental sales with high customer exposure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new commercial truck leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities in assigned territory.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and leasing revenue.
• Renew existing lease agreements before expiration.
• Identify customer needs and recommend leasing, rental, and maintenance solutions.
• Prepare proposals with pricing, terms, and credit considerations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with leasing customers.
• Manage accounts and identify opportunities for additional fleet services.
• Meet or exceed lease and rental sales goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals.
