Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Waukee, IA seeks a Leasing Sales Manager to lead the Leasing Sales Department, drive sales plans, supervise staff, and support forecasted goals across Midwest locations.

Ideal candidates have expert knowledge of the heavy- and medium-duty diesel industry, solid sales and management training, 3+ years of leadership, and willingness to travel 50–75% to Iowa and Minnesota; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience with a proven sales record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks and the heavy/medium-duty diesel industry.
• Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates Leasing Sales Department activities to meet sales goals.
• Develops and implements sales and marketing programs to achieve targets.
• Evaluates performance and trains Leasing Sales personnel.
• Travel 50-75% to locations in Iowa and Minnesota.
