M&K Truck Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Commercial Truck Lease Account Executive. This outside sales role focuses on developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and growing revenue through full-service lease, contract maintenance, and rental solutions.

You will prospect, build an active pipeline, negotiate terms, and renew leases, while helping fleets optimize operations with strategic truck leasing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required.
• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• 2+ years of leasing and rental sales experience or sales support with customer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new commercial truck leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and fleet leasing revenue.
• Extend and renew existing lease agreements before or upon contract expiration.
• Identify customer transportation needs and recommend leasing, rental, and maintenance solutions.
• Develop proposals including pricing, availability, product applications, and credit terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial truck leasing customers.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional fleet services and equipment.
• Consistently meet or exceed lease and rental sales goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and territory development.
