Job summary

Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking CDL-A drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. You will mentor and guide the next generation of truck drivers while earning competitive pay and bonuses.

Job Details:

We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

• $134,300 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
• $2,550 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
• Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student's miles while training
• $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of mileage pay
• Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment
