Knight Transportation, Inc. seeks CDL-A truck drivers to become training mentors, sharing expertise and guiding the next generation of drivers. You’ll be financially rewarded for your time by earning miles and student miles while mentoring trainees.

Job Details:

We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

• $265,650 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
• $5,100 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
• Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student’s miles while training
• $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
• Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment
