Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. You will train, mentor, and financially benefit from your time by training new drivers, with the chance to increase earnings through the trainer program.

You will earn top trainer pay with mileage and student mileage, plus bonuses, while helping grow the next generation of truck drivers in a top-tier carrier.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid Class A license.
• 6 months of Class A experience in past year or 1 year in past 5 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in past 2 years; no major accident in past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• Pass DOT physical and drug tests.

We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

• $119,000 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
• $2,250 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
• Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student's miles while training
• $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
• Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment
