Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking CDL-A truck drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. You will guide and develop the next generation of drivers while earning top-tier compensation and bonuses based on training performance.

Trainers receive pay for miles driven with students, student miles, and a weekly student-on-truck bonus, with opportunities for additional bonuses tied to trainee outcomes within the first year of employment.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• At least 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year in the last 5 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years; no major accident in 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Pass DOT physical and drug tests.

Job Details

We are looking for passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. Pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

• $138,300 average annual earnings for top performing trainers
• $2,650 average weekly earnings for top performing trainers
• Trainers are compensated for both their miles and their student’s miles while training
• $200 weekly pay for having a student on the truck on top of milage pay
• Trainers earn a matching bonus for all production & safety bonuses their graduated trainees earn in their first 12 months of employment
