Qualifications

• Experience leading an internal hiring center or driver staffing function is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Driver Hiring Specialists and prioritize recruiting needs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Recruiting to align staffing activities.
• Ensure consistent application of Penske recruiting processes with audits and feedback.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, training and program compliance.
• Conduct background checks and driving record reviews per policy.
• Serve as SME for contact center tech, CRM and recruiting systems.
• Engage in process improvement projects and lead short-term initiatives.
• Travel to field locations and lead in-person hiring events as needed.
