You will answer inquiries, contact prospects, follow up with applicants, and set up interviews with Driver Recruiters. This role is on-site with daytime hours and offers a benefits package including health, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales, or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, chat messages, and text messages from truck driver candidates.
• Make initial contact with prospects via outbound calls, phone, and texts/online messages.
• Follow up with applicants when additional information is needed.
• Review candidate applications for disqualifying factors.
• Screen candidates and respond to questions about the driving positions they applied for.
• Review the specific job opening applied for and discuss other opportunities if the candidate is not a fit.
• Set up interviews with Driver Recruiters.
• Make hiring decisions based on candidates’ qualifications.
